Janitorial Services

Cleaning services are provided five (5) nights a week. Nightly service includes trash removal and vacuuming. Other services, such as dusting, spot removal, etc. are performed on a scheduled basis. Please contact the management office with any cleaning concerns.

Please be advised that the janitorial staff have been instructed not to move any papers on desktops or touch any computer for dusting. Therefore, if you want your office thoroughly dusted, please ensure that all items are removed from your desktop. In addition, if a tenant requests that Housekeeping discontinue vacuuming or cleaning during the time allowed for cleaning of the suite, it is unlikely that a return will be made that evening to continue the cleaning.

Excessive trash should be marked with a “trash” or “basura” (trash in Spanish) sticker and kept in your office. No trash, boxes, etc. should be placed in the common area hallways due to fire code restrictions. At the close of the business day, the janitorial service will remove the trash. If you have large boxes, crates, boxes of obsolete files, etc. you will need to either contact directly, or through the management office, someone to remove these items from the premises. This is not the responsibility of janitorial or building personnel.
