Building and After Hours Access
The electronic security at the building will lock the exterior doors only. It is each tenant’s responsibility to secure your suite daily.
After hours entry to the building will require an access card. A card reader is located at the entrances of the building. Instructions for operation of the fob access are as follows:
- Hold the access card in front of the reader.
- The lock will deactivate to permit entrance.
- The locking mechanism is silent in operation; therefore, there will be no audible indication that the locks have been deactivated.
- The door will automatically relock after the door closes.
- For building security, as well as your own, please do not block the door to keep it from returning to its fully closed position. An alarm will be activated if exterior doors are propped or held open for extended periods. Also, do not open the door to anyone else if possible.
- To exit the building after hours, push the button located to the side of the door while opening the door.
If you experience any problems with your access card notify the Property Management Office during business hours so that your card can be checked.
The elevators and turnstiles always require an access card. The cards will be programmed for building entry, access through the turnstiles and for your office floor(s) by the Property Management team prior to your move in.
