Parking Garage

There are 2 levels of parking in the FNB Financial Center parking garage. Vehicles enter the garage on level P3; there is one level above P4. Speed limit signs are posted throughout the parking garage. Please use caution and keep your speed to the minimum posted when entering or exiting the garage. Vehicles must always yield the right of way to pedestrians and special precaution should be taken by drivers when driving through the facility.

Vehicles have become increasingly larger and sometimes include gadgets meant to increase their usefulness and attractiveness (luggage racks, oversize tires, etc.) make them even larger still. Unfortunately, one thing that cannot change is the size of parking garage. As automobiles grew, so did the problems these cars create in parking garages, i.e. blocking other’s view as they are rounding corners or backing out of parking spaces, “overflowing” into adjacent spaces, and in some cases, they simply do not physically fit into the parking garage.

Please be aware that if an employee or visitor to your company has a vehicle that does not fit into the parking garage, surface parking is available and may be required as an option.  The property management team and garage operator are under no obligation to accommodate or find accommodations for tenant or visitor vehicles that do not fit into the garage.

Garage clearances may be something that you want to discuss and distribute to your employees, so they are aware of the limitations of the garage serving the building you are occupying or considering occupying. Please contact the management office and they will be glad to provide this information for you.
