Move Out Procedures
Upon termination or expiration of your lease, when vacating the premises, the Property Manager will request a walk-through of the suite with a representative of your company. At this time, all keys and access cards must be returned. Mailbox keys should be returned to the postal service. Any damages to the suite, beyond reasonable wear and tear, will be noted for billing purposes. The new mailing address will be documented for final reconciliation of any outstanding balances and security deposit refund.
All moving policies and procedures, including obtaining required insurance information and scheduling moves after hours and weekends will be enforced for move outs.
