Deliveries

The security officers and other building personnel are instructed to decline requests for deliveries or packages to be held at the lobby desk or Property Management Office. Attempted deliveries will be turned away with instruction to please return during the tenant’s regular office hours.

Loading Dock Deliveries

The loading dock is located on level 2 on the east side of the building. To ensure that all necessary deliveries reach you on a timely basis, the “Rules of Operation” have been posted at the loading dock.

These rules include:

1. Please utilize the intercom at the loading dock doors to contact Security for admittance to the building.
2. Engines must be turned off while inside or outside of the loading dock.
3. Please return all lifts and levelers to dock height.
4. Building Management is not responsible for any items left on the dock.
5. Deliveries must be made through the freight elevator.
