After Hours Visitors / Deliveries / Moves

Due to the after-hours access restriction, customers must establish pre-authorization for visitors or deliveries requiring access to the building and to your suite. Please submit a request on the Service Portal to coordinate with the Management Office for the pre-authorization most suited to your situation.

Deliveries and moves during non-business hours are the responsibility of the tenant to oversee and manage.  If the situation warrants, there may be additional fees for property management and/or security staff to assist with managing the delivery.
